After Effects tutorials:

Here are some tutorials that I have watched that i may use to create my after effects for my film: Learn After Effects in 10 minutes! Beginners tutorial:  After effects for beginners // basic transitions, effects and layout introduction: Learn After Effects 2020: FOR BEGINNERS: What I'm going to use from each of these video's: The first video taught me the basics of how to use After Effects , how to start and begin

Rough Edit:

Preliminary Task One - Rough Edit: Things I need to work on for my Final Edit: Edit out the sound of niav's bangle when it vibrates on the pole. My chase and killing scene needs a 'shift' in music/tension Make emphasis on credit Positive things about my rough edit: Nice music Cool sound effects Good subtitles for people Nice gun shot sound  Music ties in well with the film Nice close-up shots Add into Final Edit: Final Credits  After effects My Response:  I think that I'm gonna leave niav's bangle sound, as it is like diegetic sound, its something that takes place as part of the film, so there is nothing wrong with having it part of the film. I agree that I do need to add a 'shift' to the music and add tension to the film, and that I need to add more to the final edit.

Open Sequences:

What is the purpose of an Opening Sequence: An Opening Sequence typically includes or begins with the opening credits and helps establish the setting and tone of the program. It may consist of live-action, animation, music, still images, and or graphics. In some films, the title sequence is preceded by a cold open. What is the difference between Opening credits and a Title sequence: The difference between Opening Credits and a Title sequence is that the Opening Credits are the names of the cast and crew, producers, studios, etc. These opening credits are given a standalone 'sequence' or a series of shots created specifically to present them, we call this a title sequence.  What techniques can be employed in an opening sequence:  The style, music, imagery, typography, and text animation of the opening sequence all work together to create a brilliant fusion between graphic design and filmmaking. A good sequence title sequence consists of three things. These are: - High expecta...

A gun will be held facing the second guy which will intensify the suspense being built up throughout the film. Sound: At the very beginning of the film we will have eerie and suspenseful music, to set the mood of the film, it will be very soft in volume. Representation Essay: 'Bourne Identity'

The short Extract from the bourne identity film contains many media techniques, including Camera (Shots, angles, movement, and composition), Editing, Sound, and Mise-en-scene. In this short film, we have a lot of iconography shown from the Mise-en-scene in this extract, a major symbol of this iconography is the effect of the colors red and blue. In this Movie, the colors red and blue add great meaning to the film. Red symbolizes Jason Bourne's new identity' linking to the fact that Jason does not know anything about himself. Whereas Blue symbolizes his past, that of which he has no idea about.  The Mise-en-scene shows us this through various ways, for example, Jason Bourne's jacket (red) that he wears as he gets off the boat and walks onto the land; The blue-hue of the area of which he has set foot on links to the fact that he has been there before in his 'past' life; These are only a couple of the examples shown throughout the extract.  One key example shown from t...
